FAQ’s

When will my items be shipped?
Once you place your order, I ask for 2-3 weeks to get it shipped. Most people receive their packages much sooner, but I like to underpromise and overdeliver—everyone loves a surprise, right? Note: shipping times are based on business days (Monday-Friday, no holidays). If it’s been over four weeks and you still haven’t received your package, shoot an email to hello@matildapetunia.com, and I’ll help track it down!

**CHRISTMAS ORDERS:** Please be aware that your items are made to order and can take a few business days to process before it is even shipped. I do not have control over how the printer ships and it can range from standard ground in the US to International (which a few of my items come from overseas) and can take up to 12 days to get to the US. If you are expecting to get your item(s) to gift on Christmas, please plan accordingly and know that I'm just a small business and I do not ship your purchase, it's done by my printing company, and rush orders and shipping options are not available. I have done my best to only have active items that are within the US and suggest that you do not purchase items past December 9th if you want them before Christmas. 

Where are my items shipping from?
All items ship straight from one of my awesome U.S.-based printers. They’ll print, package, and send your order directly to you, so you don’t have to wait for extra shipping steps.

How will my items be shipped?
I typically ship via USPS, but in some cases, I’ll use UPS (just FYI, no P.O. boxes, please!). So double-check your shipping address to make sure it’s not a P.O. box before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Not right now, but maybe one day! For now, it’s U.S. shipping only.

Can I make a change to or cancel my order?
Once your order is in, it’s off to the printer! That means I can’t make changes or cancel orders. So please double-check your sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit. Trust me, it’s worth that quick double-check!

How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?
Easy! Shipping is a flat rate—no surprises at checkout.

Why isn’t my order going through?
A few things to check:
1. Make sure everything in your cart is still available. If something’s out of stock, the order won’t process.
2. If you’re getting an AVS error, it’s usually because the billing info you entered doesn’t match what your bank has on file for that card. Double-check the billing address and CVV.
3. Make sure your browser’s up-to-date (like using Google Chrome)—it can make a difference!

Can I return my order?
Because each piece is printed just for you, I don’t accept returns unless there’s a defect or if you received the wrong item. I do my best to show accurate product images and include manufacturer sizing charts, so you know exactly what you’re getting. If the size feels way off, reach out within 14 days, and I’ll work with you on an exchange or store credit.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or defective, email me at hello@matildapetunia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. I’ll fix it as quickly as possible—just be sure to reach out within 14 days of receiving it.

What if my package is returned to you as undeliverable?
If a package is marked undeliverable and returned to me, I’ll issue store credit for the order once it’s back in my hands. But please double-check your address to avoid the hassle! Note: Sale items marked undeliverable are not eligible for store credit, and after 40 days, all packages returned as undeliverable are no longer eligible for credit at all.
